Return policy

No-questions-asked returns: You May request a no-questions-asked return for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item (items must be unused, in good packaging, and not for resale).
Returns due to quality issues: If there are quality issues with your item, please contact our customer service within 30 days and provide relevant photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a free return or exchange.
Special items: Certain items, such as custom-made items, May not be eligible for our no-questions-asked return policy. Please refer to the product detail page for specific instructions before purchasing.

Return process
Log in to your uaoub account, find the item you wish to return in "my orders," and click "request a return." fill out the return request form, including the reason for your return and whether you require an exchange. For returns due to quality issues, please upload relevant photos or videos as supporting documentation.
Our customer service team will review your return request within 12 business days and notify you of the review result via email or text message. Once approved, please ship the item back to us as instructed. Please retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes. Upon receipt and confirmation of the returned item, we will promptly process a refund or exchange.

Note:
The returned item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact, and must be in a resalable condition. Returns due to personal reasons are the customer's responsibility for shipping costs. Returns due to product quality issues are our responsibility. Refunds will be credited to the customer's account using their original payment method. The exact timeline for refunds depends on the payment method.
